Total quality management brings with it a sense of responsibility. First of all, it is people who will bear this responsibility. Therefore, human resources management has an important place in the philosophy of total quality management.

The desire to always achieve the best in continuous development always carries us to the next level.
The full participation of the employees means that all employees share the same common goal in teamwork and under the leadership of the top management, in which they take part in the process of setting goals, creating solutions and making decisions according to the philosophy of total quality management.
Customer-oriented approach is also one of the basic principles of total quality management. Delivering the value they expect to the customer is the common goal of all employees participating in total quality management.
